Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, shapewear products cannot be returned after use.
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it provided that:
- The item has not been worn.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if a replacement is not available.
